TurboPETase(OmpA), a designed enzyme that can be efficiently secreted into the extracellular space

TurboPETase belong to serine-hydrolase family. It is a modified enzyme that can degrade PET more efficiently. In our project, we preloaded TurboPETase with a signal peptide OmpA and an enhancer to make it extracellular.
